Dome XL (Gen 2) is a new era of cooking with fire. Built to do more — 90% bigger than the original Dome — with space to cook three pizzas at once and capacity for full-scale feasts for family and friends. Every element has been re-engineered to give total control: over heat, over fuel, over fire itself.

At its core is restaurant-grade performance — used by the world’s best chefs, made effortless for home cooks. Cook with wood for smoky intensity, gas for clean heat, or charcoal for earthy depth. An intuitive digital interface displays real-time air and stone temperature, with twin meat probes that track two cuts independently. The optional Wood-Fire Control Kit gives the power to control wood like gas. Dome XL (Gen 2) arrives fully assembled and ready to cook, straight out of the box.

Care & Maintenance

For the exterior, use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas, then clean with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Wipe clean with paper towels.

To clean the interior, burn off any food debris or soot at over 350°C — the oven will self-clean after approximately three hours at this temperature. Once cool, use a soft brush to dislodge any remaining debris and a vacuum cleaner with a plastic attachment to remove it from the oven.
