Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (free on orders over £50).
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, contact laceykane@proton.me for a quote.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Delivery Issues
Report delays, damage, or lost packages within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Undeliverable Orders
If returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will arrange reshipment. Additional fees may apply.
